With the ClosingDealz integration, meetings booked through your Calendly link can automatically create leads, contacts, deals, and activities — helping you capture and convert inbound interest with zero manual input.
Limitations
Calendly offers a Free plan with limited automation. While webhooks are only available on paid plans, ClosingDealz still supports the Free plan by detecting bookings through connected Google Calendar events.
Note: this fallback may not include all booking details, but essential information like name, email, and meeting time will be captured.

Installation
In your Workspace, go to Settings > Integrations.
Click 'Manage Integration' under Calendly.
Click on 'Connect Account' and follow the OAuth flow.
Choose your desired automation: lead & contact creation, deal, and activity.
If using the Free plan, make sure your Calendly is linked to Google Calendar to enable event detection as a fallback.
