Forms

Overview

The Forms feature in ClosingDealz allows you to create fully customizable embedded forms to capture inbound leads.

All submitted data is automatically stored in your CRM and can be used for automation, deal tracking, and AI follow-up.

Form Builder

Adding Fields

You can add:

Lead Fields

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone Number

Custom Fields Custom fields allow you to capture additional information. These are stored in the form submission.

Supported answer types:

• One Line
• Multiple Lines
• Radio Buttons
• Checkboxes
• Dropdown
• Phone Number

You can:

• Mark fields as required
• Reorder fields
• Edit or remove fields at any time

Appearance & Styling

Theme

Choose a base theme:

• Light
• Dark
• Custom / Advanced

Custom / Advanced Mode

When enabled, you can:

• Set custom text color
• Add your own CSS
• Fully control styling beyond the default options

Font

You can select the font used for the form.
The selected font applies across the entire form regardless of theme.

Container Settings

Control how the form container appears.

Container Type

• Transparent
• Card

Additional options:

• Corner Radius
• Shadow Type

Title & Description

You can enable or disable a form title and description.

If enabled:

• Set a custom form title
• Set a custom description

Submit Button Customization

Customize:

• Call-to-action text
• Font weight
• Letter spacing
• Uppercase toggle
• Primary color
• Button text color

Submission Options

Define what happens after a form is submitted.

1. Success Text

Display a confirmation message with:

• Submission title
• Submission description

2. Redirect

Redirect the user to a specific URL after submission.

3. Lead Magnet

Allow users to download a file after submission.

Supported file types:

• PDF
• MD
• TXT
• DOCX
• DOC

The success title and description are still displayed alongside the download.

Spam Protection

Enable Spam Protection powered by Cloudflare Turnstile.

This helps:

• Prevent bot submissions
• Ensure leads are real users
• Keep your CRM clean

Spam protection can be toggled on or off per form.

Embedding the Form

1. Create and configure your form.
2. Copy the embed code.
3. Paste the code into your website.
4. Optionally restrict embedding to specific domains.

Lead Management

All submitted leads:

• Are automatically stored in ClosingDealz CRM
• Can be labeled
• Can be moved into deals and pipelines

Form Analytics

Track performance per form.

Available metrics:

• Impressions
• Submissions
• Conversion rate
• Leads generated
• Deals created
• Closed deal value
• Lost deal value
