Overview

In ClosingDealz, team collaboration is a powerful feature available for users on the Standard Plan. This plan unlocks real-time team collaboration, allowing team members to work together seamlessly across workspaces, track performance, and share insights.

With the ability to invite team members, you can ensure everyone stays aligned while managing leads, deals, and other CRM activities. Administrators can assign specific permissions to team members, giving them tailored access to only what they need.

Permissions Overview

ClosingDealz provides detailed permission controls, allowing administrators to grant team members access only to the areas they need. Permissions are grouped into categories for flexibility.

Permissions

1. Leads & Contacts

  • Read Leads
    Allows users to view all leads and contacts.

  • Edit/Create Leads
    Enables users to create, update, or delete leads and contacts.

2. Activities

  • Read Activities
    Grants access to view all activity logs.

  • Edit/Create Activities
    Enables users to create or update activities such as meetings or tasks.

3. Deals & Pipeline

  • Read Deals
    Allows users to view all deals.

  • Edit/Create Deals
    Enables users to create, update, or delete deals.

  • Edit Pipeline Settings
    Allows users to modify the sales pipeline structure and stages.

4. Lead Gen

  • Read/Edit/Create Forms
    Allows users to view, edit, and create forms and bookings.

  • Read/Edit/Create Chatbots
    Allows users to view, edit, and create chatbots.

5. API

  • Read API Keys
    Enables users to view existing API keys.

  • Create API Keys
    Grants permission to generate new API keys.

  • Delete API Keys
    Allows users to delete unused or expired API keys.

6. Organization

  • Edit Organization Settings
    Allows users to update organization-level settings and configurations.

  • Edit Current Workspace Settings
    Allows users to update settings for the current workspace.

  • Read/Edit Current Shared-Workspace Integrations
    Grants access to view and manage shared-workspace integrations.

  • Create Workspaces
    Allows users to create new workspaces within the organization.

  • Manage and Edit Team
    Allows users to invite, remove, and manage team members and their permissions.

  • View AI Credit Usage
    Grants access to view AI credit consumption and usage across the workspace.

  • Manage Billing
    Allows users to manage subscriptions, billing details, invoices, and payment methods.
