Overview

The Lead Importer in ClosingDealz allows you to bring existing data into your CRM quickly and accurately. Whether your data comes from another CRM, a spreadsheet, or a lead provider, the importer ensures everything is structured, clean, and CRM-ready.

Supported file formats:

Each row in your file is processed as a lead entry. During import, leads are intelligently structured so that companies and people are grouped correctly inside the CRM.

How Lead Grouping Works

ClosingDealz automatically organizes your data to avoid duplicates and keep relationships clear.

Company-Based Grouping

  • If multiple rows share the same company name, they are grouped under one company lead.
  • Each person associated with that company becomes a contact within the same lead.
  • This allows you to import multiple decision-makers without creating duplicate companies.
