Overview

The Activities feature organizes tasks and meetings connected to your sales work. Activities can be created within a deal or independently through the calendar widget on the dashboard.

With structured calendar views, team collaboration, and widget-based tracking, you can keep your workflow efficient and never miss a critical event.

Types of Activities

Activities are categorized into two types:

  • Task - General to-dos.
  • Meeting - Scheduled client or team meetings.

Each activity can be customized with:

  • Start & End Time - Define when the activity occurs.
  • Title & Description - Add details to specify the purpose of the activity.
  • Assigned Team Members - Assign activities to specific users for better collaboration.

Calendar Integration

Activities can be viewed in multiple formats for better scheduling and time management:

  • Day View - A breakdown of scheduled activities for a single day.
  • Week View - A broader look at tasks and meetings for the week ahead.
  • Month View - A high-level monthly schedule for long-term planning.

Dashboard Widgets for Activities

The Dashboard includes dedicated widgets to help track and manage activities at a glance:

  • Task List Widget - Displays all activities categorized as Tasks, ensuring pending to-dos are easily accessible.
  • Upcoming Activities Widget - Shows all upcoming Meetings, helping users prepare for scheduled engagements.

These widgets provide quick access to essential activities without needing to navigate the full calendar.

Calendar and Meeting Integrations

  • Google Calendar - Use connected busy events for booking availability and create ClosingDealz activities from selected external events through the documented one-way sync.
  • Google Meet - Generate a video link when creating a supported meeting activity.
